AeroMedevac Ireland Limited was established in 2009, and recognized as a high-potential startup company by Enterprise Ireland. 

AeroMedevac's exclusive partnership with Medicall Ambulance Service Ltd. provides a seamless transfer of patients between the air ambulance and any destination in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

AeroMedevac operates the Cessna Citation II jet air ambulance to repatriate ill and injured Irish residents and visitors from overseas to most international and regional airports in Ireland. The aircraft is kitted out with the latest medical equipment and can cater for all types of medical emergency and treat a full range of conditions in flight - both adult and pediatric. International tissue transfer services are also catered for on a 24/7 basis.

Medicall Ambulance crews undergo regular training with AeroMedevac's aeromedical team to handle aircraft specific medical equipment.
